PAH has been present in Ukraine since August 2014 delivering humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable of the conflict-affected population. PAH provides assistance to internally displaced people, elderly and single mothers, working in the sectors of Protection, WASH, MPCA, Food Security and Livelihoods. Position summary:
The Food Security and Livelihood (FSL) Manager will manage the current food and multi-purpose cash assistance projects and establish the livelihood and cash-based response sections. The FSL Manager will provide overall leadership and management of the multi-donor FSL programs on the country level. S/he will be responsible for the direct implementation of the program and will provide regular technical support and monitoring visits to all program areas to ensure that interventions take into account international best practices and appropriately meet the needs of the target communities. The FSL Manager will ensure work plans are in place and program progress is on track. This position is responsible for programmatic resource development and the overall strategic direction of FSL programs, including the later transition from emergency to longer-term programming.
