The project includes: 

1. Running an Integration Centre in Krakow for disabled and special needs refugee families. The Centre offers individual psychological support, various activities, workshops and cultural events to promote social integration. 
2. Running an Integration Support Point (DAC) in Warsaw, where individual and group psychological support, information and, if necessary, medical support and assistance in finding permanent accommodation are provided. In addition, project participants can take advantage of educational events, respite, integration and vocational qualification workshops. 
3. Running a helpline for families of refugees with disabilities and information support on issues of access to health care, education and employment. Specialists provide advice and information on available benefits and services. 
4. Respite support for families – volunteers support carers of disabled people to have respite time. 
5. Regular Polish language classes at basic and intermediate levels. 
6. Provision of psychological support and supervision for volunteers, staff and employees of the organisation. 

A total of approximately 1,300 people will be helped.
